Shipping Information

We ship our products worldwide. FedEx and DHL are responsible for all our shipments with trackable delivery.

All orders are shipped from India. All orders are charged in US Dollars (USD).

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your planner has been dispatched by the courier.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

UK / EU – Estimated delivery times on UK and EU orders usually take 4-6 working days.

NORTH AMERICA – Estimated delivery times on USA and Canada orders usually take 7 working days.

AUS / NZ – Estimated delivery times on Australia and New Zealand orders usually take 7 working days.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES – The estimated delivery time varies from country to country, however, all orders can be tracked by the assigned DHL tracking number.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Immediately after you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Don’t forget to check the junk and social folders in case the email we send you gets filtered. It takes 24 hours for the order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse to the courier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. The courier services are likely to take a day to display the tracking information online.

SHIPMENT OF ORDER

We will ship your order to the address specified by you during check out. Once the planner has left the fulfilment center and picked up by the courier service, the shipment remains their responsibility. You can either file the claim with DHL or FedEx directly if your shipment gets lost or email us.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT OFFICE

The additional costs of import duties, taxes and charges that might get imposed by your country’s customs and import office on your order will be your responsibility.

Kick-Ass Planner is not responsible for any delays in the arrival of your package in situations where they are held-up by your country’s customs and import office. The extra duty fee is calculated by the destination country’s import and custom office and the buyer is responsible to pay for it. If you do not pay these taxes or duty fee, your planner will be returned to us and we will not be able to refund the cost of the planner or the shipping fees.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

The planner and shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries, whether it’s the delivery to a non-existent address or the unpaid duties and taxes due to your country’s customs and import office.
